I have some incredibly creative friends. Photographers, designers, artists, and thinkers. Leyash is one of those amazing people in my life and the one thing we've always shared a passion for, is food. We spend hours discussing different cuisines, textures, combinations, and colours. We talk about cooking shows, the different countries we have eaten in, and the latest concoction we have whipped up. Leyash is known to make incre...

Here's the thing, I didn't. I got stronger.

2) Drink ALL the water. It keeps you running to the loo so your body is always moving,...

Leafy Greens is one of my favourite restaurants in Gauteng. The lovely little vegan restaurant and shop are surrounded by a spectacular vegetable garden and a couple of fruit tree orchards. After eating ourselves full at the lovely buffet, Warren and I walked around for ages admiring the grounds. If you need some fresh air and a delicious and healthy meal, then Leafy Greens is your place.
